We offer reliable and express courier services both locally and internationally.
We offer free express delivery to Malta and Gozo for orders over Eur50 (€). Deliveries should not take more than 1 to 2 working days from date of order.
We make our utmost to have all orders shipped within 24-48 hours. We offer express shipment to all EU and non-EU countries. Delivery time should not take more than 1 to 3 working days for EU countries and 3-5 working days for non-EU countries, depending on the country.
Additional transit time may be incurred for dutiable, heavy weight and/or oversized shipments. Some destination postcodes/cities may require additional days.

Delivery charges are per order however please note that charges may vary in case of heavy items. In that case, you will be informed prior to delivery of your order.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We want you to be happy with your product and make sure that it fits you perfectly. If you are not completely happy with your item you may opt for a store credit, exchange your item to something else or opt for a refund. You have 14 days to return an unused item from date of delivery.
Please note that return of laranjinha baby antibacterial line is not accepted.
How can I return or exchange an item?
Local customers – Malta and Goxo
We are here to make your life easier and stress-free by offering to collect the item at your doorstep or from your preferred address, thanks to our reliable courier. If you choose, for a return to be collected, a charge of Euro 4 (€) will apply. The fee must be paid directly to the courier on collection of your item.

You may choose to return your package with any courier of your choice or the local post if a tracked service is used. You will borne all return fees.
We are a 100% online fashion store. Any returns will only be accepted by courier or trackable post.
For a more convenient service, please fill in the online return form with your details so that we can arrange a return for you through DHL. Kindly, click here to fill in the online return form and enclose a copy in the parcel. A minimum charge of Eur30 (€) applies including administrative and courier expenses. Charges will vary according to the shipping country and the volume of the package to be returned. All charges are to be paid in advance.

If you would like to return your package with any courier of your choice or the local post, a tracked service or registered post is to be used. All postage fees are to be paid by customer.
IMPORTANT CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
- Items are to be returned in their original undamaged condition with all the packaging, labels, boxes and hangers.
- Shoes are to be returned in their original designer box. The shoe box is considered as part of the item and is to be returned undamaged.
- The shoe box is not to be used as protective packaging and must be returned in its original, undamaged condition.
- Parcel is to be sent within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns received beyond this period will not be accepted.
- We recommend using our arranged courier service for faster, secure and more reliable service
- If parcels are sent through any other courier a tracking order confirmation is recommended.
- Postage or courier costs to return the parcel back are to be paid by the customer.
- Items not returned in their original branded packaging will not be accepted.
- A refund will not be issued in case of returns that do not meet our return policy.
- We recommend that garment care instructions are always followed. We will not accept returns of any items which are returned as faulty if the item is damaged due to negligence and the garment care instructions have not been followed.
